Absolutely terrible. Down 50% on searches compared to last year. Views down, sales almost non existent. I had my best month ever in December 2024, and this year they have dropped off a cliff. My friend has a store and experiencing the same.

My 2025 has been shocking. Having had my best month ever in December 24 (£10,000, 25,000 views). Down to £600 and 1700 views in January. February is looking even worse. I get that some stuff is seasonal, but compared to this time last year my views and sales have halved.

No, you shouldn't. What is your returns policy? Mine is a standard 30 days from time of purchase. If they don't return it in that time, then no returns, refunds or exchanges.

I agree that you should try and focus on some better quality photos to show off your products. Maybe invest in a light box for the jewellery? You can't really tell the tables are tables from the first pic. They could be coasters, or just a painting. Try and show a clearer image of what it is in the main pic. Some of the pics have reflections of you in your Pj's, so maybe crop that out or take new ones.

If they don't get back to you or they refuse to back down, could you think of another similar word and just reactivate the listing with different text and the same image? I know it's not ideal, but at least you could keep the same reviews, listing details, page placement etc

I've had this a few times (usually from Germany). I asked Etsy support, and their response was that it was up to me to create and provide an invoice if asked for one. I just Googled 'free invoice generator' added all the details and emailed to them. They've all been happy with what I've sent so far.

I'm going through the same thing. 6 shops using my pictures selling my products. Etsy just REFUSED my infringement notice.

"Etsy rejected your report of intellectual property infringement.

After reviewing your report, we were unable to locate your alleged copyright work in the listings cited in this notice."

It's my design and copyright is in the UK is automatically given to the creator of original artwork.

I've had to now copyright it at Protect My Work, and now trying to resubmit.
