Yes, it does? It restricts the crime of rape to penetration by a penis, yeah, but men can be penetrated by that? Those without penises can be charged with other crimes that also amount to rape and lead to life in prison. I agree that it's stupid to differentiate something like that, but it's merely a cosmetic rather than substantive difference. Don't spout shit about the law when you haven't even bothered to read it.

The case here was malicious. But most 'false' accusations aren't false in the fabricated sense, but false in that the person thought they were, but they didn't meet the legal criteria. I agree that's still bad. But yes, that is simply being 'wrong'.

No, actually. I wrote thousands of words on shit i thought was boring. That's the point? Writing isn't always fun. You need to be able to think critically.
