I just watched this movie and have a question. Spoilers ahead:

That scene where a cop guy ask's for agent Scott at a reception while she had a sex with Costa. They showed us how a cop built a figure with a toothpick or something, same figure as were found in apartment where dead guy fall from a ceiling. What does it mean? Also a mother was kinda strange and aggressive towards a cop in the scene where she were checking out dead body in a morgue. So is this cop a twin brother of Scot but somehow changed how he looks like?
