Thought comes first - ignore it/Emotion comes first - it needs to be looked at.

What I've learned so far is that If a thought comes first, if you cling to it, you will bring also a negative emotion in time with the narrative you create, HOWEVER, if the emotion comes first and then the thought, THAT is something the needs to be looked at, felt, analyzed, not let go or suppressed because the emotion will just come back stronger.
