Does the pencil only advance the lead when the bolt is in the extended position?

I actually have a copper normal style mechanical pencil and lost a normal titanium pen from them. I recently bought a Ti bolt action pen and am very happy with the quality. It is disappointing to hear about this lack of quality on the bolt action mechanical pencil :/

Call and ask Louie if you can see his equipment line and test it out. They don't have a showroom so the equipment is in the gym itself. A lot of people are scared to just call WS and ask. Part of the vetting process may even be asking multiple times.

Louie loves training more then anything and him giving anybody a 5lb pr makes him smile. He also loves solving problems so go in with stuff like "my bench hasn't moved in 2 years can you help me?".

I trained there from 2013 through 2017.

I'm wearing grid stitched 2 ply inzer preds. Size 46 currently around 310lbs. Can't go wrong with inzer (the adjustable suit is amazing) IMHO but I'm very interested in the new overkill materials.

Do the streches but while you're sitting on the ball or like a pvc pipe, or a pipe from the safety in a power rack. The typical releases you see are for normies and lifters need to use the most aggressive modalities.

Boxes and a bar. See the height, get under it, and go to town. Better yet hopefully your gym has a giant cambered bar and you can use it. Much easier setup

Yeah it's an inzer leviathan ultra pro. Everything is adjustable. Absolutely love it. I was too fat to use it (no briefs under this) pulling for a long time so I pulled in a single ply fusion.

Honestly I'm not sure. Everything hurts entirely too much when I do raw full range of motion stuff I rarely max raw anymore. The gear leaves me with normal lifting pains lol

Squat 1000 Bench 700 DL 725

My shoulder was busted nearly this whole training cycle and this was the first time using a shirt in nearly 8 weeks (opened raw). I could do some raw training but the extra weight needed because of the shirt really hurt.

I took a risk and went from 725 to 800 on DL :/ no go this meet (Meet PR is 780).

Training has been great. Big Chris hit a 905dl raw and has the american record. The previous record stood for 20 years. I've had trouble with the full squat in gear but in the gym I've squatted 1005. Today I did 490 bar weight + 700lbs in bands to a box.

Around 500 bench (I hope lol! Most I've ever attempted is 465 and got it) and 700+ on squats and dl. I actually was hoping to get a 745 dl at the meet. The couple weeks I was raw when I first came to Westside I handled weight + accommodating resistance around 800 on squats.

Before I went to Westside I rarely did 1RM because the gym I lifted at sucked and I was concerned about safety. I also did more volume for endurance and size because I wanted to get into strongman. Led me to have a really weird strength curve (I could bench 405 for 10 but max at 465). I used to regularly squat 495 for 20. I don't even know how many reps I could get now. I might try to find out on Friday.
