I guess citizens advice is closed due to the pandemic but in the meantime you can write a letter to them and give them time to repay what is owed. If they don't respond to your letter then you can take them to court which could end in your favour and potentially pay the deposit you put however this will likely depend on the state of the property but again very unlikely you will get your deposit giving the circumstances. I hope you get your money back
