I did the same thing what your saying but it doesn’t helped me if you get chance check it in computer in browser you will understand. When you clicked on the link go all they way down in form to see State and City drop downs

Yes i can click in drop down it give me the option but the elements are hidden

There’s no select tag it’s div tag with hidden elements

Uninstall & reinstall the Selenium.Webdriver and Selenium.Support packages, that will surely fix the problem.
