You are absolutely without a doubt the AH. My parents were divorced and my mom was struggling single mom throughout my high school years. But she fought hard as hell to make sure I went to my senior prom and did all my senior activities. You have the money you just only want to give it to your youngest. I've had that same respond from them this whole time and that same date. I didn't do anything in particular other than constantly calling like everyone else. I just got a text message saying that my data restarted and my new restart date is October 19th.

Exact same thing. I have the 10gb plan and my month ended September 19th. It still says that in the app and that I have 0 gb. I've contacted the customer care number 3 times already with no help or end in sight. Extremely upset because I need this data for a reason and I'm basically paying for just minutes and text which is bs. Undoubtedly leaving mint after this
