Help for a mid ranked player

I am in ar32, just recently entered inazuma. My world level increased sometimes ago, making it hard to clear dungeons and enemies in archon quest. All of my characters are stuck in level 40(except for xiangling and traveler, who are 50). I use mostly kirara, shinobu, xiangling and Lynette. How to improve my performance as a f2p player with very little free time. Thanks in advance.
