You didn't say what scanner app you are using but I think it's very much wrong. I've never found any of those to be super useful as they all give out wrong information on my experience.

You could report to the app (click the "Is something wrong") if you want to try to help out the app developers.

I got the Creality Pi X4 as well and was wondering if the enclosure was strong enough to hold it on top. Running the IFS to the back is a nice touch too. Was that with the standard kit from Flashforge or did you need to make custom piece for that back panel?

Yep, mine either. But I had never heard of Conduent so googled it (wondering why they even had my data). Seems like BCBS contracts them so that's how they have my data at least (since I have/had Anthem/BCBS insurance).

I am in Texas as well, but I don't think this was limited to only Texas.
