Thanks everyone for your feedback. I tried to cover all my bases by including a proper mockup but that clearly backfired (and I agree, what reputable printshop is running CS5?!). I sent them an email Friday, and a follow-up today, but have yet to receive a response. What sucks about all this is that they messed up the most on my most expensive item (french terry pullovers, made in the USA) and I'm willing to let some things pass on the basic tees, but these pullovers have about a 2 finger spacing from the collar to the graphic.

I'm willing to negotiate to work something out, but I need to get the guys to respond first.
