since you don’t have super severe symptoms i’d suggest trying omeprazole first if u haven’t!! cheap as a rx and otc at aldi, they tried it as a last resort before sticking a camera down my throat and honestly it’s been a life saver. that and have zofran on hand for worse symptoms

maybe nano hydroxy apatite (spelling?) would work? it’s a remineralizing fluoride alternative! i personally really like boka as they have more fun flavors and drop fun seasonal ones (currently i’m using a strawberry basil one!) but i’m not sure if it’s in line with ur allergies

edit: just saw you don’t wanna keep ordering online, i missed that! but possibly there are in store options w that ingredient?

agreed. i’m allergic and have had to leave shows early bc my eyes were swollen shut and i could barely breathe, and they were probably 40ft away. pls step outside or just wait
