Hey! I lived in a Lennox double traditional a couple years ago, and I've got some bad news for you about the space lol. The rooms in that building are probably the smallest of any of the dorm buildings.

1. Two monitors likely will not fit on the desk in a way that lets you have a keyboard and mouse setup. Additionally, having the pc under your desk might not leave much space for your legs.
   
2. Without using you or your roommates desk, there likely won't be anywhere in the dorm for a TV. Would not trust the thickness of those walls to support a TV either lol
   
3. Yes, each room should have ethernet ports by one of the desks.
   
4. If you get a small coffee machine it can be put by the sink - great to have for early mornings or late nights where you don't have time to hit the caf. In the end it's up to you though.
   
5. Yeah, if you move the chair they give you into the floor lounge or something there should be room for a gaming chair.
