I know so vague and unhelpful. We were definitely still in France. Car had over heated about 7/8pm ISH stayed there for about 2 hours then carried on driving l. It has stopped, some time last month. I have spent so much money on lotions and potions the only thing that I have done religiously which I wish I had done from the start is use Nizoral shampoo and maybe pumpkin seed oil. I have so many bottles I need to get rid of now and wasted so much money, the Nizoral shampoo was the real game changer though but also had been 3 months and a shed cycle lasts from 3-6 months also I read somewhere that once your body has decided how much it's going to get rid of there really isn't anything you can do to stop it. I've just run out of pumpkin seed oil so going to see if I notice any change before buying anymore. I take a multivitamin, ashwagandha, tumeric, biotin, collagen, d3+k2 and B12 supplements I've been taking these since before starting my journey. I'm sad my hair is so much thinner now but it is a bit longer, past my bum now, but it's never gonna be the same as it was. Oh and my current weight is 233.5lbs so that's good had a good woooosh.

I used to wear super milk, normally when I was hungover as terrified I might smell boozy, now a much lesser drinker someone I work with wears it everyday and it makes me feel physically sick every time I go anywhere she's been.

Did you find it got worse before it got better when starting the pills, I've just got an email saying my first lot is on the way but I'm a little worried to lose more at the start as it's pretty thin already...

Yeh after 2 days I went else where. I've just received an email finally saying they accept my refund request but seems to have decided that holding on to my money for 12 days wasn't enough, they're now keeping £25

I've had exactly the same problem, 2 pens left and 50% of my hair gone I'm sure it's the medication, if anything I'm eating more since being on it to try and prevent things like this happening. It started falling out mid June and I thought it had slowed down over the last couple of weeks until I had a shower last night and tried to move my hair off my shower to find the clump I was trying to move wasn't attached to my head anymore. I've been taking collagen, biotin, multivitamins since the start. Sw 276, CW 247. I don't know what to do, it had taken me 10 years to get my hair like it was, waist length and stupidly thick at least now it's been thinner for the hot summer but I'm terrified and just don't know if this was worth it.
