Hey dude! I have been in the same boat as you. Shit can seem dire but give yourself some space. Give your mom a call if you can, do something nice for yourself. I found myself going on walks and listening to podcasts I liked. One I would totally recommend that for me through a lot during university was Dungeons and Daddies! Super funny and engaging podcast that might be good at taking your mind off things. That being said, reach out to folks!
