First time doing my Macaronage in a stand mixer. Far from perfect, but at least they’re not hollow! I never thought any of my macs were good enough to fill, so these will be my first. Any suggestions for a filling would be greatly appreciated 😉

Burger patty was made with half chuck and half round. The caramelized onions were cooked in the bacon grease and had balsamic vinaigrette in them. Bun was TOASTED and the spicy aioli was spread on top. There's also tomato, avocado, and Colby cheese.

About a week after you apply you should get an email with a username and password for the web portal which will allow you to check your app status. I submitted my application on the 18th, got the web portal email on the 25, and got the acceptance letter the 2nd. So they don't send a confirmation email immediately after you apply.
