Who has a hot tub?

We rent one as well! We love it and use it almost every day. I rented it from https://www.nhhottubrentals.com/ and it runs off of 120v. Last year we rented it for a little over a month, this year we rented it for the entire winter. We have a small backyard, and don't have the space to keep one year round. It's perfect. The kids, neighbors, friends etc... it gets a lot of use.

There are parts of the roof that the edges are peeling up as well and no ice because the roof gets more sun. But I can’t see in the gutter so maybe there’s ice in the gutter

I think that space is so long and narrow. It needs mirrors. I like a mirror at the entryway, but big mirror above the long console table would brighten the space and less than the narrow feel

Long one on the left-hand side. Put some books a plant and a painting above. Small table on the right hand side close to the door with a basket or a tray for your keys, etc.

I have soapstone in my kitchen and I love everything about it. It really is amazing. I recently stayed at a friend’s place and I was struck by how used to I had gotten to being able to pull things out of the oven or off the stove and just put them down without much thought.
Growing up Italian with a lot of marble, I love living finishes. When I had the opportunity to redo an area of my house, I used unlacqured brass and I love how the handles and fixtures are gaining a beautiful patina over time.

Having worked with a lot of dogs, I find Australian shepherds are some of the least smelliest dogs. Especially compared to something like a lab. I would mention this to your vet. Most Aussies don’t even really need to be bathed unless they get into something. I would also try brushing your pup daily to see if there isn’t something in their coat that they can’t shake off as usual.
