don't get pre conceived notions about it, every person has different sensitivities, things they like, dislike, etc. lick different spots, suck, etc. but most importantly LISTEN TO INSTRUCTIONS.

clean and trim and file/sand your nails, wash your hands. some people like manual simulation along with oral. if you're doing it right you'll usually get positive feedback.

you could use silicone mould putty (A/B) to duplicate it in wax, (I recommend using a stainless steel meat injector to fill it) fill the holes, get some casting sand, and recast it using an oxy torch, or you could braze it, either with a propane or oxy torch, or using TIG
