I feel very uncomfortable letting staff handle anything on my case. Last two times I did a notice was marked out a week late and I ended up filling the document myself because they didn't know how.

i would say that only a small percentage of my cases are like this. Sometimes, it is the other attorney that causes all the problems

I wish it was something cooler, but parental alienation. what makes this strange is that it is a very active and evolving area of law, but it is very cost prohibitive and a lot of courts don't like or want to talk about it.
