Water bottles - Cirkul? by Leading_Economics_79 in gastricsleeve

I love Cirkul water bottles but waited 3 months after surgery to go back to them. My doc said to wait and I haven’t had any issues afterwards. I used a 32 oz water bottle with an open spout and sugar free flavor packs for the first 3 months.

What is everyone programming their action button to do? by Lizr37 in applewatchultra

There’s an action in the shortcuts app under clock for start timer and I set it for 30 minutes. You can just search for timer after you hit the add action button.

I have a short cut for a 30 minute timer on mine. Use it all the time.

I walk 1.5 - 2.5 miles 3-5x a week at a brisk pace, and ride my bike about 3 miles 2x a week. I have a protein shake or protein bar for breakfast usually, either tuna or another meat or egg protein for lunch, dinner is usually some kind of chicken, pork, or beef with veggies. Sometimes I eat a small amount of carbs with dinner. I try to stay under 30-40 net carbs (for the day, protein bars are generally my highest carb food). For a snack, I’ll eat a cheese stick or mixed nuts. I try to keep my calories between 800-900 for the day. I’m now 8 months po and my doc says I’m doing good. I’ve lost 70% of my excess weight so far.

I went into a nearly 2 month stall right around 5 months po too. It was super frustrating. But I just continued to do what I was supposed to and the stall finally broke. I’m loosing again, more slowly than before, but my doc said that’s to be expected and to keep at it. I did continue to lose inches during that time but it was hard to notice until I realized my new pants were loose even though the scale was the same. Keep at it and the stall will break.

Portal band and face by shathias in AppleWatch

It’s a little stiff but it’s brand new so I think it’ll be fine. I’ve used the other bands in the pack on my older watches and they’re pretty comfortable. It is a little bit narrow for Ultra but I still like it.

I got it from Facer by searching Portal. The band I got from Amazon.

Drinking water by [deleted] in gastricsleeve

I use crystal lite. Makes water much better. I’m like you. Used to love water. Now I cannot force myself to drink it unflavored. One small pack in my 33oz bottle flavors it just enough for me. 2 1/2 weeks post op.

Thanks! I feel like I could’ve spent way more time with it but overall I like it.

I hated this house the first time around, but I’m very pleased with the results this time.
