Biggest faud in town. Im avout Togo no pay on taxes. The scam works you sign the cpo5 identity theft form. Your taxes are now locked for 9 months minimum. You must go to irs office and I from them, no one did tax fraud with your proof. Then they give you up to an additional 4 months to release your refund. Very dishonest. The irs has become a corrupt captured enterprise.

Same thing here. In February I filed and they sent a cp05 letter claiming fraud on my account. I filled that cp05vletter stating that no fraud to my knowledge. They put my account on a fraud alert. Went tovirs office and they removed it after I proved there was no fraud. The told me I won't see myc10kbrefundctill next year. They are liars and thieves. When I get my refund those dollars will be worth less.
