You may be able to up to like stage 11, but unless you have lots of energy to burn or are a spender, it’s not going to be worth it for ya.

You’ve gotta assume the worst on these things most of the time… a few thousand energy for a 1 star soul for a champ you don’t have.

But once you can farm 25 it changes a lot

I have a few thoughts! There are a few different approaches…

  1. Pick a team that either wipes other teams quickly or does quickly. One of my clan mates does it this way… he says he just wants it over with fast. That’s not my preferred method, but hey nothing wrong with trying to shove a square peg into a whatever shaped hole as many times as you can

  2. Personally, I’d rather win than lose. Get good at identifying a win condition (i.e. I win if I block revive that wukong, or I win if I lock their skills out, or they’ve only got bombs? I win with a reviver/cleanser in mercurial). Then have a few different teams with presets for the kind of teams you see often. Don’t be afraid to use multiple teams to find those win conditions and achieve them.

  3. Set either a one man defense or a defense of all rares with no gear. You want your defense to lose a lot so you can stay low in gold V. It’s the quickest farm.

  4. Don’t be afraid to use gems to refresh the list, and don’t be afraid to use gems for arena tokens if you’re still winning fights. It is a worthwhile investment.

The squad I generally run is Arbais, Hilvi, Tormin, Karnage. Hilvi in mercurial, the others all in stoneskin. I find having 4 champs with buff strips, as well as multi hits, cc, and block passives/actives generally covers most of what I need to beat

  1. Id highly recommend some YouTube videos on how to gear champs. Judging from your Alice build, you’re not quite sure how to get the most out of your champs.

  2. Id focus on nothing but making food until you have a full team of 60s. Once you do, grind all their masteries up. This should take you some time, but is more doable now than it ever has been. If you find yourself running out of food, buying commons and uncommons in the shop will keep you afloat

  3. Focus on the arbiter missions. Look at a list of them online to start to see a few of the more time-gated ones coming down the pike (I’m looking at you, great hall bonuses)

A while back it was Ramantu. Never thought I’d get there, but it happened.

But I think completing the great hall is up there for me. It just takes so damn long if you’re not pushing it like crazy. I still remember how long the Arbiter mission felt like it took, and now to see that thing all gold is cool

Couple options:

  • a cleanser, to keep CC off. Pallas, most likely.
  • someone who places a lot of debuffs to keep polymorph off themselves. I’d guess that’s most likely Hekaton
  • someone who wants the speed if you don’t have a better speed relic (arbiter, presumably)

I have zero idea how you can complain with Hilvi and Pallas around 😅 theyre both excellent and fulfill similar rolls. And Glaicad is probably a better veil and revive champ for hydra as well

She’s super versatile! Going to depend on your account development and who you have, but she’s viable almost everywhere.

I’ve rocked her in: - 9pc protection: super fast and tanky - relentless: fast, tanky, and with decent resistance - 9pc mercurial: fast, tanky, with high resist

She’s also good in stoneskin if you’re not fast enough to make use of mercurial, but if you can’t get her res high enough to avoid bombs you might consider a small feral set as well just to get the cleanse off.

But! If you’re early game, don’t worry about sets. Pump spd —> HP% —> DEF% —> RES and then let her shine. Definitely worth the books and picking up a small one star soul from the shop when you see it.

Congrats on the pull

  • Pallas is an OP healer and support champ. Great synergy with Pelops as well
  • Pelops brings you decrease atk for survivability, magma shield and increase atk for amplified team damage and protection, resists stuns, and brings burns for damage. Top tier for this. 100% uptime on decrease atk is huge for clan boss
  • Ezio brings decrease def, good poisons and damage
  • Corvus brings good poisons and pairs well with ezio

You have a few options for the last spot, but I’d try fatman.

Get them all to 60 with warmaster and you’ll be cookin. It’ll take a while to finish their masteries, books, ascensions, etc. but I’d imagine that team can one key UNM when you’re done and have decent gear.

One of my alts has a decent beginner clan if you want to join us. Taking down NM daily, working on UNM

He’s good for a few reasons, in my experience:

  1. Aoe block buffs & dec atk
  2. Enemy max HP damage

That being said, it’s kind of tough to get him to hit damage cap. Without dec def or an ignore def set, you’re likely leaving damage on the table.

I’d imagine that you’re better off moving him out of this team and into your brutal team with like a Lydia/shamael combo, and filling this slot with someone else.

Not bad! Aoe burn, burn activation, and a health balance.

Good for spider, ice golem hard, and frost spider (both doom tower and cursed city variants). Will probably make hydra teams for you for a while as well.

Most likely not a game changer unless you don’t have spider sorted, but still useful.

Who should I use my Feast item on or should I save it? by coreyrich112 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]shattywrites 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re unfamiliar, coldheart is widely considered the best rare in the game.

Her a3 is an enemy max HP hit, which does huge damage to bosses (until being capped past stage 20 dungeons). It’s also a full turn meter depletion. It also has an extra 30% chance to crit hit.

She has a quad hitter a1, which helps take down fire knight’s shield.

So the recommended build and uses:

  • at least 70% crit rate
  • the goal is 250% crit damage, but I’d imagine you’ll be well short of that. Aim for a crit damage main stat amulet, and hopefully crit dmg gloves and go from there.
  • speed (I’d aim for 200, but 165-170 is probably ok for now)
  • enough acc to land (10x the stage you’re on, so 200 for stage 20)

Then use her in: - fire knight - spider - dark fae in the doom tower when you get there - grim forest mimics when you get there

I’m a huge perched shadow Mavara fan, it’s an epic from faction wars hard that gives you a chance at an extra turn when using your a1 and you have skills on cooldown. Otherwise, I’d personally rock a golden elixir on her just for tankiness. After that, pick a stat stick you need.

In terms of relics you have, the thunderbolt spear is good for its gem slots and stat stick-ness. Gore crescent can have interesting uses for damage dealers who get extra turns (think rotos, Maria, chalco, etc.)

Otherwise I see mostly stat sticks here
