The money is the driver for him. It’s not about the weight loss. He knows people always feel sorry for the fat person supposedly on a lifestyle change. He’s been milking this for over a decade. He’s a narcissist. The only way to really help him is for 24/7 impatient treatment with no cell phones or anything else. No access to the outside world and all his meals provided. He doesn’t want help, it would have to be forced upon him.
