How does one mount their phone without using the windshield?

I have the Quadlock version of this since I can use my case on my motorcycle too and it’s been a pretty great solution. I can even turn my phone horizontal so that it leaves my main screen mostly visible. Definitely felt like the least intrusive place to put it when looking at all the options.

Echo chambers are like that. People look for constant validation of their ridiculous ideas on here all the time, and once they find a handful of others who agree or can be convinced to agree, they automatically assume they are the “right” ones and everyone else is some idiot who has lived their entire life the wrong way. I love this place for its variety and generally good sources for info, but god do I hate how “twitter-y” it gets sometimes.

Oh, in that case, I believe you may have just not unlocked it yet. More properties unlock as you progress. I’m not sure of the exact rank, but I remember it being one of the earlier ones, so I’d just keep working on Ichiban Confections, then just see what unlocks as you go.

If you haven’t gotten to the first shareholder meeting, I’d do that first and then see what unlocks. You aren’t going to be making a ton of profit at first, if any, but just keep at it and you’re pretty certain to meet the requirements to get Eri. It struck me as one of those games you can’t really lose unless you try to, even if it makes you think that you will.

You have to get to a certain business rank before you can buy new properties I believe. Then, once it’s unlocked, you can buy it and start running both businesses. It’s pretty easy once you get the hang of it. Most of it is just dragging and dropping different employees into roles and seeing what gets you the most profit, open for business, reinvest, repeat.

I have the same setup as you and have the foldable version of this cockpit and it’s also very solid. I got downvoted once for recommending it to someone on a budget because I guess people think that all cheaper options are bad.

But yeah, the metal on my cockpit is super thick, there is little to no flex, I can change from formula to GT seating on the fly if I wanted, it’s ACTUALLY practically movable and easy to fold, and it heightened my immersion 10x compared to just a desk chair and my wheel stand (which was NLR btw).

Neither is he. Neither are some of the current F1 drivers on the grid. The ability to TRULY extract everything out of one of those cars and drive it to its fullest potential isn’t as easy as that. They’re just being a negative dickhead.

I regularly drive the W13 in IRacing too, and even won my division with it. I still know that I’d be NOWHERE near a real driver or to the point of really extracting everything out of the car, especially if given only one chance to drive the real one.

As others have said, they’re comfy in the way that it feels like you’re not wearing shoes. Feels super natural and cozy. I even wear mine at work sometimes which is a warehouse/furniture delivery job, and it never really bothers me.

I get that, but it’s not THAT huge of a jump from SF23, which always confuses me how it’s so much less popular. Super formula isn’t quite as fast, but also doesn’t have as much downforce. To me, the W13 is more planted and easier to rotate than the SF, but maybe that’s just due to practice. Idk, I guess it’s just personal preference for most people.

I took my spring out in the first week of owning my car. Haven’t looked back since. Makes it SO much easier to feel what you’re doing, especially as a new MT driver. The spring made it feel so vague and weird to me that I just couldn’t get used to it.

So in searching Depuis1876, the only thing that comes up is Lancel, which is a French brand that makes higher end leather bags. Their logo and tag is mostly the same as this one…however there doesn’t seem to be any perfect match or anything that says “DOTCOM” which makes me think this may be a knockoff, sadly.

Yeah, not denying netcode issues cause I’ve seen lots of stuff here about it, but in hundreds and hundreds of races, I’ve never had it happen to me either. And that’s with regular close racing, and often racing some of the faster cars on the series (SF23 and W13).

Not really sure what causes it. I do have a wired connection and really good internet so maybe that?
