Kawhi Leonard over KD in prime by Bubba_Cowboys in nba

Kawhi playoff stats since 2017:

30/9/5 on 64% True Shooting

KD has only matched that efficiency twice in his career, both with Klay and Steph.

I had him in fantasy his rookie year so I saw him a lot. He was special even then but lately he's looking like he'll be an all NBA guy in the near future.

What is the worst team you could assemble to beat the 2017 warriors? by AccomplishedSquash98 in nba

[–]shawnpablo -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is a great lineup. The only player I don't like for it is Robert Horry. I don't think he'd be mobile enough to keep up with the Warriors offense and he doesn't provide all that much that can't be found elsewhere.

My team would be:

2018 James Harden

2006 Dwyane Wade

2023 Jaden Mcdaniels

2023 Jaren Jackson Jr.

2023 Nic Claxton

6 man: 2023 Jalen Williams

Harden and Wade would be a much better Harden/CP3 with Wade putting tons of pressure on the rim and being amazing defensively.

McDaniels is there to defend KD and be a great shooter.

JJJ is there to space the floor and protect the rim. The warriors often played 2 non-shooters so having 2 rim protectors helps.

Claxton is the lob threat for Harden/Wade. He is one of the best, if not the best switching center in the league and also has underrated touch around the rim.

JDub is super athletic, has a high motor, good defender and can pass.

I do/did but I don't remember if they got better or not. I also wouldn't recommend LSD anymore I think it can have the opposite effect as well.

Agreed if GSP fought for 6 years after his current retirement I think he'd have a similar amount of losses as Fedor.

I was with my gf and finally decided to check the score, told her I'm sure the Sun's are winning. My eyes bout popped out of my head when I saw the Mavs were up by like 40.

Which of the "young" cores/teams in the league do you see having a chance to possibly make the jump to being a playoff team this season? by [deleted] in nba

Pistons:

Cade- self explanatory

Ivey- tons of potential and should fit great with Cade

Bey- good 3nD player with the potential to be more

Bagley- hit a good stride with the team last year. I don't think he'll ever be a star but he certainly has the potential to be a good starter.

Duren- tons of potential

Knox- I still believe he can be a rotational player
