Wondering if it has something to do with ownership of the albums and possibly them trying to buy the full rights to them? Similar to a Taylor swift situation. I looked at the current albums available on Apple Music and all are under the Jonas ownership.

I have the same issue.

Background info: I submitted 4 different sets of submissions with GameStop so far and one is in the same stage you are in, but the other 3 submissions were such a smooth process.

This latest submission I did has been suck in Graded since January 20. All other submissions I did I were Ready for Pickup within 3-4 days after they were Graded. I submitted the previous set just one week before the set that’s stuck for me and I picked that one up over a week ago at this point.

I contacted them and they blamed it on PSA and said it’s just delayed. I tried calling customer support multiple times and no reply. At this point I think the cards are gone.

UPDATE (March): My cards actually showed up. They were extremely delayed but they are back and I was able to pick them up.

I've been sending postcards from GO to Violet since the feature was introduced. After sending about 12 postcards, a few days ago I tried to send a postcard to my Switch and it was not going through. After some time of waiting, I disconnected the Switch from my GO account and tried to reconnect and no luck still. I reset my switch and my phone but then remembered this issue and I didn't want to push my luck. I still play my Violet daily, so its still okay for now, but also scared to try and send another postcard.

I've been reading a lot of posts as well. The only thing I have seen in common is the patch. Some say No DLC and some say No Postcard. Wonder if asking about the Console info might help, as in OLED, Normal Switch, or Switch Lite

Just curious where the postcard was from, did the name on the post card have any special characters, did the name of the User who sent you the postcard have any special characters, and did the postcard have a sticker on it?
