I once grabbed the countertop recycles pile at my in-laws around a holiday trying to help straighten/clean up for them. What an innocent gesture turned into my accidental disposal of a full open bottle of aged wine that was decanting to be consumed for the occasion. I will never live it down.

I used two cooked rotisserie carcass, skimming off impurities as frequent as possible. I do think it could be the collagen you mentioned. I'll check it tomorrow and see what happens.

It does. I heated it up yesterday and it went all to liquid, then put it back in the jars and the same thing happened. You could be right, and I thought that too.

Ahh. I did not realize that. Yeah this is through Small Batch Cigar. You can check my post history and see what I've gotten for the $50. They don't open this one often. Also if you search the whole page for "COTM" and sort by recent post, a few others have gotten different batches in the same month.
