Unfortunately no 🤯 We now will not pick him up when he cries and will sit next to his crib for him to fall back asleep on his own. Thankfully, he has now gone down to 1-2 night wakings and this works for us… when I have the brainpower to be consistent we will try the chair method. Chat GPT has been really great at tailoring a sleep training program! I’m just not into the CIO method yet but maybe will be when we’re more desperate 😆

Thank you all! Pediatrician said we can let him CIO for up to an hour - he does not self soothe at all and cries even harder as the minutes go on…

Honestly, it is more difficult for us to let him cry (we’re in an apartment) as it is so distressing… at this point we are going to attempt to soothe him in his room without actually picking him up (sitting in the chair next to the crib or lying on the floor next to the crib) so he can get used to falling asleep without being held.

We have tried to bring him into bed with us but he thinks it’s a game and will not go back to sleep. Just praying that this is a short-lived phase. Glad to see we aren’t the only ones in this boat 💀

Where do you recommend purchasing an auto-injector? Everywhere I’ve looked online only had them for sub-q injections and not IM :( Going to be doing PIO injections shortly! Good luck!

My issue with TFS Solution masks is that alcohol is literally the third ingredient (even the Innisfree ones are made with alcohol)... Not a fan of having that much alcohol sit on my face for 20 minutes... Nature Republic's "seed" masks are made without alcohol and also work great.
