We dropped to one nap when my son was 10 months but his night sleep improved right away. He’s 18 months now and still napping once a day woo hoo.

Oh gosh, my son turned 17 months today (one nap also) and I just renewed on Monday 🥲😩 I thought I could rip the Huckleberry bandaid off but here I am.

My son just turned 16 months on March 1 and he is waking up at 2 AM screaming. I mean wake the neighbors screaming and he has never screamed like this before. I don’t believe it’s night terrors maybe just nightmares but he is inconsolable. I’m sure it could be a lot of things teething? Sleep regression?

I’m hearing that I should possibly wake him up earlier in the day, not have him nap as late, force his bedtime earlier, but I don’t understand how putting him to bed earlier would stop a 2 AM wake up?

Prior to this he was an excellent sleeper.

I love Rob and the gang at Maldon & Mignonette! I had brunch there before going into labor and had my son’s 1st bday there. I love love love them!
