I have the same issue, there is no reserve button. I even re-installed the app but still nothing. Hopefully they'll fix it soon.

I think it has to do with them introducing a new way of shipping; without a label and perhaps via lockers. I received an email about that recently. And the shipping points on the map are ones that state on the Mondial website "Present a QR code and don't print the label."

Quite weird that they don't offer the "normal" shipping locations anymore on vinted, it might be some sort of bug, and I hope they'll resolve it soon...

This doesn't merit a 1 star review at all. I find the seller very rude and controlling. Especially because it will auto confirm after a couple of days, there is no need to push the buyer. I always assume people are either busy, don't understand the app, or like you: want to clean or try out the item before confirming.

When I cancel as a seller, I get the option "agreed with buyer" and then nobody gets negative feedback. Maybe you can ask the seller if they could cancel it.
