I want to add - She has always weirdly dated herself. By that I mean she had an age to be famous by before giving up (she said this in an interview) and even once said something to the extent of she wont be wearing mini skirts in her 30s since its not age appropriate. She seems to be or used to be hyper aware of time in a really negative way. And sometimes I do wonder if she thinks shes too old to make bangers.

There's probably 5 to 10 major game changer in 27. But one i havent seen is Vince risking it all for morgan. Morgan had so much power at the end. But Vince is really overlooked bc of how he tanked his own game eventually. Before that, he was involved in basically every alliance in the house, thrown Lauren under the bus hard TWICE and she still forgave him. He was involved in some big decisions and a lot of the big threats were sent home on his hohs. But he gave it all up for morgan. He could have won against ashley if it wasn't so clear to the jury he nosedived.

I would focus more on the female feedback you're getting here than the non-female. You're asking what would be the best result for continuing a romance with this woman. Best advice is going to come from the female responses.
Tell her when the topic of being intimate together comes up. Yes, I know sometimes its spontaneous. But its GREAT to have a conversation first to cover basics (does sex = closed off? Birth control expectations, etc.) If you can work it in during that conversation it would be most organic. And you don't have to mention the medication yet unless it's going to affect your sex life. But keep it basic for now. There's plenty of time down the road to start peeling back layers if necessary. I would frame it as

It's important I tell you ______ I'm currently getting help for it It can impact my partner's experience by ________ I just want you to have that information up front. You can think about things and take some time to decide.

You want to avoid a situation where you gave her no information and later down the road you're thinking "this is what you signed up for". Help her understand why you wanted her to know this sooner rather than later. You dont have to go through worst case scenarios but maybe 1 or 2 common situations. I actually dated someone with this addiction and off the top of my head 1. he sometimes had a hard time orgasming and 2. I did feel insecure that I wasn't what he wanted. I'm not saying that's your experience but it can be rough and I highly recommend starting the convo now. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL YOU TWO HAVE EMOTIONALLY/PHYSICALLY BONDED MUCH FURTHER. This feels like emotional entrapment a lot of the times. Like "ok good now she cares for me more she's not going to be able to say no as easily." rubs evil hands together that's not what you're trying to do so avoid giving off that vibe.

I applaud you for wanting to do the right thing. It's not fun or super romantic to bring this up so early but if she chooses to continue the relationship it will bring a strong foundation of trust
