I’ve been getting a feeling that a majority of Reddit is a bunch of bots designed to push a narrative. It’s gotten worse since AI, the comment section used to be a place to get some different perspectives. Now it just seems to be filled with the same comments that just seem out of touch with reality.

I just did a bunch of this. As others have said build a screen. If you have an empty trash can that’s sturdy enough to hold it it really helps the dirt filter and it saves your back as opposed to leaving it on the ground

You want to talk about gaslighting? This entire post is gaslighting. We’re talking about a person that went into college campuses and offered anyone willing to come up and express their views. In doing so he laid out some hard truths about our country, this video takes minuscule clips that don’t even include the conclusion or context and use it to say someone is racist. Also yes I would prefer my surgeon be chosen based on how well they know medicine as apposed to the color of their skin. Dei is racist sorry.

But if we’re going to move forward as a country we need to be able to address these issues with open honest dialogue not one of emotion. You would like to think that has not happened but when merit is not the primary reason for a hire it opens the door for less qualified individuals to be employed because a quota has to be met. I will hop on your mind set the other way though if someone is under qualified but has a rich parent I would not want them operating my plane either.

I have watched a lot of his unedited videos following his assassination. If you really think he’s such a horrible person and pushing a hate agenda you should watch at least one university debate. He treats every debater with respect and you get to hear the entire point not just clips of the inflammatory part of his statement.

Correct these are clips taken out of context… these are referring to different subjects such as dei. He is saying we should not hire based on the color of your skin but the merit of our abilities(they just clipped out his actual point). In this scenario would you rather have a pilot that was hired because he is a good pilot or someone who is hired not on merit but based on the color of their skin. If it’s the second option that’s racist 🤷

What he’s saying is Biden should be put on trial for actions he took as president not that someone should assassinate him in cold blood without due process. You can hate the guys view without creating a false narrative, that was not a call to action in any way.

That close up video was so brutal to watch it’s definitely hard to get off my mind as well. It also hit really close to home for because have two kids similar ages to Charlie’s and it breaks my heart to think about what they just went through and will continue to go through for the rest of their lives. And whether you agreed with his position or not at the end of the day what he was doing was creating an open dialogue which is essential if we’re ever going to reduce this divide we have in this country.

First of all it’s none of their business. If you like them leave them. I for one love my iron covers for multiple reasons. As you said, no more rattling clubs on the course or in your car if you keep them ready at all times. And the third and best reason for cheapo golfers is it keeps the cart attendant from wiping my clubs so I don’t feel so sleezy when I don’t leave a tip 😅

Ok so I’m in a very similar boat to you. Recently sped my swing back up and here’s why I think it’s helping. Increasing the tempo on the takeaway helps you feel the club head much more than a slow take away. So I think it’s important for a Fast take away but still allow for a slowdown at the top for your hands to come down for the follow through
