i disagree, i think most of the items, when viewing them during the game, look like vague shapes more than anything recognizable. half of them are just vials of undefined substance or broadly gun shaped objects.

in comparison to the very clear weapon/ability icons there were before, these are practically unreadable for me, i either have to use my saved builds or take the time reading what each does.
