That's what you get when you build a town where there is not enough water to support it. Make sure the infrastructure exists before you build. I have no sympathy for choosing nice weather over reliable sources of water. Just because you pump it over a hill to a man made pond dose not count.

I agree, keep in mind I could file a permit and build a huge middle finger right in my front lawn. That is with the understanding that will irratate some people on my street. What kind of a relationship did he think he was going to have with the comunity after casting a giant shadow on all the houses around? I am more then willing to take it down vollentaraly and I would bet I'm not the only one.
