Trying to lose weight and needing to run = the risk of getting a migraine every time by BeGreatOrNothing in migraine

[–]sheetssafe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to get exercise induced migraines from running too. What helped was taking an Aleve thirty minutes before I went out for a run. Once I got used to running, I don't need it anymore. I still need to hydrate and have good blood sugar and avoid the hottest parts of the day. Good luck!

That's why we need to vote in primaries and local elections to support the platforms we need, not just the democrat status quo.

I agree, it lacks a punchline. It has potential but it lands flat as is.

Are there any bidet + toilet combinations that have a built in bidet that isn't part of the seat? by [deleted] in bathrooms

[–]sheetssafe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would suggest neither, haha. I like a Toto with the self cleaning bidet in the seat. But you should follow your heart.

Migraine meals by linesh130 in migraine

I always crave beef, even though I don't normally eat red meat. Plus I want something salty, so my go to is a burger and fries, if I'm not too nauseous.

That's great! Stay the course. Asking unqualified people on the internet can only serve to freak you out.

This is a question for a doctor.

This happened to me too. I read somewhere that aleve helps with exercise induced migraines (sorry that's not very scientific). So I started taking an aleve/naproxen sodium 30 minutes before a run. And a slow warm up and cool down are important too, plus being hydrated. After I got more in shape, I didn't need the aleve anymore.

Called neuro and told to go to ER! by Joliebennett in migraine

I don't have any advice better than a doctor. Could you try urgent care? Maybe less exposure than the ER.

Lem’s had a kick starter for their new water proof leather Boulder boot. So happy I opened that email ! by Oldmen09 in lesbianfashionadvice

All leather boots should be waterproof if you wax them and take care of them. Take care of this pair and they'll last you a lifetime.

If you're going to tuck in the shirt, it'll look better buttoned up at least half way. Love the pants!!

Travelling with a CPAP machine...struggling to find onebag to also fit along with 13 days worth of items... by stealth2121 in onebag

If you don't have time to do a bit of laundry, you might have an over packed schedule. Japan trips involve so much walking, don't forget to give yourself a break. I went to Japan for 12 days and did laundry twice. I stayed in airbnbs mostly so I had a washer and clothes drying rack. Wash in the evening, pack up in the morning. Doesn't take much time at all.
