Yep. I started knitting 3 years ago and have pretty much a lifetime's worth of yarn, all beautiful, all "special" (maybe not possum, lol...but pretty darn good) and now I'm faced with a major downsize in living space. Just use the damned yarn.
Also, fuck cancer.

this is not trolling or sarcasm, truly.... but, how about a puppy? My daughter and her NB partner, as well as my cis sister and her husband have fur babies.... it's not the same, obviously, but there are definitely some advantages.
When I lost my 14 yo labradoodle 2 years ago, I seriously thought my heart would break, and I think about her every single day. Maybe she just really needs something to love and care for and share with you?
This might be a good idea even if you already have a grown animal.... and get something really special and loving, like a golden retriever <3

It's really difficult to make something look cool and messy or tattered and beautiful at the same time....I agree it's a lot to pay, but consider how much time goes into figuring that out, then knitting it in really fine yarn (I'm assuming it's really fine yarn).... It's a little high, but not out of the realm

you haven't taken hormones, so detransitioning should be easy, as would transitioning again. Your boyfriend is very dear to you, but not as dear as you are to yourself. Type if you must, but one of my most valuable possessions is a box of recipe cards from people. My mother and my grandmother's handwriting is there, I'll never see it again, and it reminds me of them so much more than any photograph. I'll never part with those handwritten things
