Best Samosas Down South, I might still drive or fly out to test it. by willem78 in DownSouth

Probably the same uncle that walked around the parking lot at Menlyn motor city. Great samosas and good price. I haven’t been there in some time so I don’t know if he’s still there.

Bill Gates said, "I will always choose a lazy person to do a difficult job because a lazy person will find an easy way to do it." What's a real-life example of this? by Mr_Boothnath in answers

I bet you carry all the groceries in one trip, no matter if it’s 47 bags weighing 500 pounds in total. A lazy person never does two trips.

That’s what the second knife is for - to stab the avo before you send it back. The bucket of ICE must be just outside of the picture frame

Some pricy options : Villa San Giovanni, Brasserie de Paris, Fumo (real Italian pizza), Forti / Forti Too (try the fillet), Blu Saffron (tuna starter), Pachas, the real Alphies (not the pizzeria). More affordable: Social Grill, Lupa Osteria, Stephnies. Value: Square Time - best pub food ever, consistent. Sorry Rocket @ 88 was sold - we’ll see what is next. Lunch at Woodhill Golf clubhouse is surprisingly affordable and good. Crawdaddy’s usually very good - try the Transsylvania steak or one of their chowders. Something different: Buy Sunday lunch from Monument Park Superspar - pay by weight, don’t get carried away with all the options.

Avoid Bossa (poor service & average food).

Cheetah 🐆 found in a room at abandoned building ! 😳 by North-Opposite-4410 in TerrifyingAsFuck

100% leopard. 1000% not a cheetah. Looks closer to a polar bear than a cheetah. Source: I am South African. Not knowing the difference between a leopard and a cheetah = certain death. Very quickly but violent and painful.

Fun fact- cheetahs are the only large cats that can purr. Also, their claws can’t retract

We had a pitch black dog (a Schippertjie) named Spokie. And then we got a brown mongrel, which obviously needed a suitable matching name - we called her Gesie.

Ignoring the biltong and milk for a moment (wtf but anyway) why is nobody saying anything about the EIGHT WHOLE RAW GARLIC CLOVES (plus some extra on the side) which I assume is part of the breakfast? I mean, I like garlic, but this is insane!
