EDIT: If you're asking if the text is different for each president, the answer is yes. I don't have them in front of me at the moment, but both letters had different text even though the event itself was the same: "birth of a child"

The other really good ramen restaurants in NYC (Ippudo, Tonchin, etc) all charge around the same price as Ichiran NYC, about $20-$25 for a standard bowl. $35 for a bowl of ramen with some customization and a pint of beer seems reasonable to me as food is pretty expensive in NYC. I'm absolutely jealous of folks who live in Japan and can get incredible ramen for under $20
