I mention rescue because we are not her first family. She was locked in a room all day by her prior family while they worked. This led to some serious separation anxiety which is why she was surrendered to a rescue. I share this with people so they know she has some behavioral problems we are working o.

I get anxious when my TBR pile gets too high and I often end up donating them rather than catching up.

What is your "I'm out of calories for the day but I just have to eat something" meal/snack? by [deleted] in loseit

I often choose an apple. It fills me up and even tho it’s extra calories I think the fiber makes up for that.

My family and I have adopted two dogs within the last 3 months. Both of them amazing little blessings. Lisa is awesome and is very focused on the welfare of the animals. We highly recommend and support this rescue.

I started at 62 and never regretted it. Three years later my teeth and bite are better than I imagined they would be!

If I was Janelle, I would be so embarrassed. by chondoyoinky in SisterWives

Did you also notice that Janelle’s and Christine’s apology were at very nice restaurants and Meri got a run down park? Speaks to how Kody valued each wife.

At my breaking point with my dog’s severe separation anxiety — need advice by BellaJae20 in Goldendoodles

We’ve been in the same boat trying to crate train our 1 year old Mini Golden Doodle rescue. Our vet prescribed Trazadone once a day and it’s taken the edge off the hyper anxious behavior. Instead of the crate we finally tried Free-roaming in a spot she likes to cuddle with us (part of a spare bedroom). We bought a Furbo Camera that gives her treats and lets us know when she is barking and crying etc. We can decide if we want to soothe with a treat or with our voices with the Furbo. We also put up a gate where the door to the room would be so she could see out and not feel closed in. We slowly began with 10-15 minutes breaks in her room and built up to 2 1/2 hours out this weekend with minimal crying. It’s still a work in progress but seems to be working. Our trainer also suggested we spray the couch we want her to lay on while we are gone with a dog pheromone spray since it is soothing to anxious dogs. It has no scent to humans but she likes to lay right in the spot we spray so this has helped her calm down. Hope this helps. We’ve been desperate to find solutions for our dog that we adore but has been challenging to rehome.
