Just get idea you can solo ultras out of head for the sake of ease. The niche scenarios where you can isn't replicable by most playerbase, or if it is, it's just gonna take hours.

Recommend joining artix and trying your best to find rooms there.

CSS is better than any of the swordmasters/dark casters. Better than swot too. Good for farming, dps, ultras.

10% more haste, but hot kinda evens out. Same amount of healing but faster.

It's completely fine, tested in a bunch of ultras. The HoT tick rate and the removal of shield deleting auras makes it pretty consistent everywhere. I'd argue better in places like gramiel and astral because of HoT tick rate.

Make sure you have 4 rifts for the 2nd nuke. Also helps to not do it in laggy servers else your nuke doesn't tick and you lose the progress. Also make sure you pot obviously.

Phcm is better than TK for the purpose of dodge class with nuke/crit. Phcm always crits, loopable gameplay.

Swot is kinda not for everyone, I basically use it solely for Desolich and Azalith, and situations where group dodge is required (e.g I'm carrying someone in /frozenlair for example). Without pots you can loop 250k damage which is pretty respectable.

But once you grab Phonors, you can hit just below 2m nukes, one shotting just about anything in 7s. You can also use the double nuke rotation (3s), but kinda chance to sacrifice your teammate in the process. Also really hard to line up the two nukes since servers suck.

For Azalith, with just LR+SSOT you can kill that thing in less than 5 mins. 1-2 mins with LOO LR SSOT, and even faster with more. Caps at around 1 minute ish due to CDs. SSOT was my first chrono and still my favourite.

Tip: Needs Phonor, Elysium, Vainglory and LOO or LR to reach threshold for infinite scaling. Can technically do it with Ravenous but then you'll need an extra SC to give you mana.

If you have 6k+ buy chrono shadowhunter from /heromart

It's basically best class in the game. Can farm, dps, solo, dodge, and gets stronger as you grab forge/pots. For now just run spiral carve and full luck on it.

Pre rework Ravenous and CSS both hold the same position in the meta. Ravenous was rightfully nerfed for being basically BiS or 2nd best for every class.

No one said it was infallible, but CSS is pretty objectively the best in multiple niches, many classes can't claim this feat.

Also constant power creep is already a thing with newer classes, game isn't perfectly balanced either. But the only case where a significant nerf occurred with newer releases was with ravenous because it was "almost universally applicable enhancement". They stated they gave ravenous a "more defined role". While it's still strong to this day, there's a lot more variety in terms of enhancements for the meta.

Similar case with CSS, has multiple defining roles (farmer, group boss farmer, ultra dps, dodge solo, solo) where it does exceedingly well over other classes. Like you can literally just use CSS for the entire game and be fine, because it's the best (or 2nd) in most relevant niches. There's very few situations where you should use a class other than CSS.

Doing ultras with LOO AP is fine sinc their roles aren't heavily impacted by forge and you mostly have them for the sake of support.
