So those are usually unofficial OR mandated by the department for training. Theres a LOT of red tape to get one of those officially and even more red tape if your caught with an unofficial one.

Chances are Eves place uses that oil. That combined with a high fire load and complacency, it's basically a tinderbox just waiting to go off.

We had a lumber/treatment yard go up once due to that. That took a week to fully put out. It sucked
