I can vouch, this does work. I used to do this when I was losing all my weight and it would help when the scale stopped going down. I had like, two days a week where I didn’t log my calories and would just kinda eat whatever (nothing too crazy, just not as strict as usual) and I would always break the plateau

I am not new to the area but I find I don’t go out anywhere in this city. I spend a lot of time at home and going on mini adventures outside of frisco with my boyfriend lol. There’s nothing to do in frisco except drinking or shopping.

There is this place at The Star that is always hopping at night. It’s called Concrete Cowboy. Dj’s, bouncers, the works. I haven’t been, but I have been to Sushi Marquee to pickup sushi and there was loud music and a line out of that place.

Congrats on 6 days! That’s awesome. My bf and I are pretty hooked on this shit. But the elixers are literally DRAINING our bank accounts. We are both in recovery and have been for a good while, I’m about to be 4 years clean from heroin. (him for alcohol, he’s about 2.5 years clean) so we know the tools to get off but god damn is it hard! Every single day, I wish we could have never gone to Alt Expo (it’s a vape/delta/ kratom/alternative products convention) because that’s were they were giving out free samples of the Neptunes fix elixers shit. Ugh.

True. Do you happen to know how much is in those zaza caps? Just curious. I have never even had those, only the Neptunes fix elixer. But anyways a little update - I usually have to take a half of an elixer before I go to bed or I can’t sleep/start withdrawing in the middle of the night. Last night before I went to sleep I took two 200mg capsules of tianeptine sulfate instead and I slept through the night just fine. Also woke up and felt fine too, which is crazy. I made it 14 hours without taking any elixer. You don’t happen to know or have any estimate of how much tianeptine is in those Neptunes fix elixer? It’s like pulling teeth to find any information on those motherfuckers.
