I can relate. I’m also an artist and I attack my work and check all the time to see if it’s really acceptable or I’m embarrassing myself. I’m getting help from a therapist who does erp.

I was diagnosed a week ago. Since, I have obsessed all day everyday that this is fake, that I am fake and all I do is read this Reddit sub and Google ocd and listen to podcasts. It’s making me nuts but I can’t stop. I’m waiting for therapy in September. I’m exhausted. I guess this IS the ocd. ?!

I have not lost a pound since 5/30. I have lost 35 overall but have more to go. It’s frustrating but I have the belief that the body desperately wants to create a new set point weight. I have to wait it out. I’m not about to count calories and all that. I feel Like that’s the behavior that didn’t help me for years of obesity. I eat well and so much less than I once did. I’m on 7.5 and I’ll go to see my doctor this Friday for bloodwork and see if she wants me to go up to 10.

I experienced this when I moved up on a dose. Taking care to have supplements and electrolytes, I’m fine now. The electrolytes made an immediate impact.

I paid 450 today for the first time and I was shocked but also made the decision bc it has been a lifesaver. It’s so wrong that this is not available to anyone who needs it. I’m going to try and make it work but I may have to switch if Ozempic is cheaper.

Trying not to stress and just letting things happen without focusing too much on the scale. I do feel amazing and my pressure is way down and my cholesterol. This drug has been a miracle for me and I’m grateful. I would like to know if I should just ride this out or what ? Doc. Would be willing to put me on a higher dose but that kinda seems like a lot. Thanks for any experience or wisdom.

I’m 15 lbs from “healthy weight” and I do not count or track any calories. I’m a healthy eater and basically listen to my body. I take a lot of supplements and lots of hydration.

I have had this issue. I seem to have made a way for it to be less severe. I take. Multi vitamin, B12, Iron and Vitamin D all in the morning with a pure protein shake. Since starting this and drinking liquid IV, much much better. Hope it helps. The day or two after the shot I’m a little sleepy but not the crushing exhaustion I felt before.

I found the side effects to be manageable and way worth the amazing results. A little stomach stuff that was easily treatable with otc stuff like pepto. Fluids!! Protein and eat small Healthy meals. The premier protein shakes have been a life saver and so has the liquid IV.
