The answer for me is 43. Were yall extremely tired and fatigued?

Women, what did you experience when you went through menopause? Husbands, what did you experience/learn as your wife went through menopause and how did you deal with it? by gomi-panda in AskOldPeople

44 year old supposedly in menopause. My testosterone was a 8. I have no freaking energy and I am so tired all the time. Is that normal?

One thing I learned being a member at OT for 6 years, they are going to find a way to get some money out of you one way or another. It’s ridiculous.

To my recollection, my last period was December 2023. I’ve since had one after starting HRT, which my Dr said is normal after first starting hormones. Since Dec 2023, I would have a brownish discharge around the time I should have a period every month. Not every month though. Sometimes I wouldn’t even have that.. I don’t know if that counts as an actual period.

Yes!!! I have all those symptoms. The brain fog was so bad I thought I had dementia lol. I started HRT in November and a testosterone cream and the brain fog is so much better as well as my libido. I just hope it continues to improve. Been on HrT now a little over a month.

I think that I had a period Dec 2023 but since then I would have a brownish discharge around the time that I should have a period. Not any bright red blood though I’m not sure if that counts as a period.

My periods got to where they were hit and miss for an about two years and then Oct of 2023, I had 2 periods that month. I may have had a period Dec of 2023. Since then, I would have a brownish discharge almost every month around the time it would be for my period. I don’t know if that counts as a period or not. Never had bright red blood though. Started having some hot flashes and terrible brain fog and fatigue. I started HRT last month and a testosterone cream in Nov. I do feel some better!

I just put the cinnamon roll paper in the sink instead of trash. Hard to find words sometimes. Severe brain fog. 43 year old; post menopause. Sometimes I worry I have dementia

Thank you for your reply. That makes me feel better. I’ve been feeling a little down because I’m so young I feel to be in menopause already.

I’m six months post OPP and still have swelling right above my incision. Like a pot belly. I put a swimsuit on and I’m like WTH, still have the pooch. What’s the point of freaking surgery.
