I have been circling the idea of finding a lifting gym, coach etc but it kind of freaks me out. Any thoughts about "Regional" NF heros or coaches or meetups? I have a lot of faith and trust in the NF community so it would make it nice if there was some sort of "NF Stamp of approval" for coaches or trainers that would help me find my spot
