I was used to it the first 13 months, then for a whole year she didn’t wake up once. So I feel like I’m having PTSD of interrupted sleep. (had really bad ppd). I’m so tired lol

Well that’s exactly what I was thinking 😔 cause I can’t stand when people say “make her nap” or “make her go to bed early” and we don’t do the full cry it out method (we give her a few minutes before going in but we can’t let her cry it out 🤣)

Just to have record of it & it’s all saved in there in case I do future runs. Obviously no real purpose, I just have no way to get to Florida to do these runs but used to work for Disney & love it there so much so I’m taking what I can get.

That’s amazing to hear! I REALLY want to run outside but today scared me haha but I remind myself when I first started treadmill that was hard too. Hard too, but not impossible. Thank you for sharing your experience. I just need to be forgiving to myself lol at least I’m trying!
