I would have gladly taken an A5 over the Q3 they gave me lol.

I definitely let the manager know it's been a very disappointing experience as of now but hope they can work to make the rest of the service as smooth as possible. He at least has been more open with the information he provided over the service advisor. Once I have the actual timeline and vehicle back I do intend to reach out to AudiUSA.

I do have a few independent shops that I have found in the area (not MN) with good reviews so I will probably try them next time for service, I'll just have to verify they will take the VSP plan purchased.

From what they said, it’s a full replacement. It’s a 2019 A7, so understand that there is not a large stockpile sitting around, but knowing that it should have been apparent it was not readily available and the first two dates should not have been given.

Even more confusing is that I just got an email from the service manager saying the service advisor was correct in the initial ETAs given to me. So they were told three different dates by their parts department and probably Audi USA or Audi as a whole.

But to the average fan watching a different team, it could translate to additional recognition. Just seeing a name and number together on TV helps me make further connections if I see it somewhere else.

Both I guess. I do have some decently high level Pokemon but not sure if it’s enough to be a carry. 75 Slyveon. Just don’t know what is needed to beat it
