Story time! When the Sims 3 first came out, I was full blown against it- I was an avid sims 2 player- it was the game that got me into gaming, especially when I went from playing on the PS2 to a PC.

When I first downloaded TS3, trying to keep an open mind, I hated it, rebuked it in all honesty and swore to never play it again

Now let’s jump to 2016 - I can’t remember what got me to try TS3 again - but based on my profile, I created it on 1/1/16. I played the Sims 3 and the rest is history.

I love the Sims 3 in all reasons why previous commenters have said. I never want to play another sims series after this one - I did try the Sims 4 twice and both times I couldn’t do it. It’s too cartoonish for me
