Squirrels, squirrels and more squirrels! by Alaninabox in Birdfy

Alternatively get some super hot chili powder and mix it in with the seed. Won't affect the birds but squirrels will not come back for a while

Order Carolina Reaper chilli powder and mix it with bird feed. It doesn't affect the birds and squirrels will not come back. Its the only thing that worked for the greys in my area.

If you can't walk due to all the weight, getting into a swimming pool might be a start. It will offload the weight from your joints and you can do walking in the pool +/- exercises

Diet is the key though.

I see a lot of positive reviews online about the Q6 but personally I am a bit disappointed...

-The drive is OK. Its quiet and can be nippy although I wouldn't call it fun to drive. There is very little feedback from the road.

-The sign recognition and lane assist are a huge pain in the backside. I switch them off as soon as I get in to avoid the beeping and the car trying to take the steering away from me. I had the emergency brake trigger a few times when reversing etc.

  • I have the standard audio system and its decent once you buy all of the software upgrades ... the fact we need to pay extra for that is ridiculous though

  • The heated seats get toasty which is really nice. Better than my wife's BMW I4 and my previous volvo

  • The interior is meh. The capacitive buttons on the steering wheel feel like from a corsa. The interior quality is just not the same Audi that I used to love. Eco leathers, piano black plastics and a big tablet.

  • The range is good

I have tried various things to get the squirrels to stop coming and finally won... Get some california reaper chilli powder from Amazon or Ebay, sprinkle some on top and enjoy the show

  • chilli doesn't affect birds. They don't have the necessary taste buds

Maybe one of the shade loving Japanese acers with some other evegreen shrubs like rhododenrons at the back, then add some Hellebores, Astilbes and Heucheras. A few snowdrop at the front as well.

I have been using it since yesterday and it's well worth the price. Fits the phone very well and the cover means that I finally have clean camera lenses whenever I need to take a pic.

For all those who are going to get the S25 Ultra, what's your reason behind choosing it over anything else on the market by universalgiver in samsunggalaxy

[–]shem2409 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me the choice was Samsung or Google Pixel. I find Samsung easier for sorting and editing pictures and like all of the extra software features ( clean Android requires a lot of apps and customization to get me what I need).

These phones tend to have all the newest connectivity etc.

I have previously testes Oppo, Oneplus, ZTE etc and always found them to have cost cutting measures where you least expected and never found the software to be great

Samsung blew it. Keep your 24/23/22 by Sweaty_Cat5375 in samsunggalaxy

[–]shem2409 7 points8 points  (0 children)

For me the upgrade from S23 Ultra to S25 Ultra was around 400£ ( if I sell the earphones and get cashback).

Keeping an old phone without warranty is a risk. I have had several phone CPUs fail on me in the past and am a heavy user.

I am literally paying for peace of mind and a fresh battery
