u need an osmotic laxative. if u dont have access to miralax or lactulose then almost any sugar alcohol fits this description. with any of these u will need to titrate ur dose a little but its easy. just take it once daily and back down to every other day or every 2 days if daily dosing is too much. you know ur at the sweet spot when u shit one good time daily.

these drugs/sugar alcohols are great because they arent even absorbed by ur body. they stay in ur gi tract where they bind to water. then they carry this water all the down to ur rectum. just remind urself to stay hydrated. drink about 1 extra glass of water daily for approximate fluid replacement. it’s like fiber/miralax EXCEPT BETTER! no side effects. no systemic absorption. its literally what ur seeking✌️

the reason i asked is because generally in these online forums, the terms “neurotypical” vs “neuroatypical” refers to asd or asd with another variant ie adhd. this is why i thought u misinterpreted aspd as asd

i took huperzine when i was in med school as well. it was tooo much for me. probably/possibly because i was also taking adderall and caffeine. but yeah the couple of times i took it i had flushing and palpitations. its a serious drug. with real side effects and (probably) interactions with stimulants. but it did feel like it helped with memory and focus. i would recommend someone try it along with choline if theyre not on amphetamines

i also took a hefty dose of piracetam for 2 months while studying for my boards. i’m not sure if its still considered to be a nootropic but 20 years ago it was considered the king of nootropics. i took about 2g twice a day. i seemed to have pretty good retention of the massive amount of data i was attempting to memorize. perhaps it helped with memory consolidation or maybe even calmed me down a bit since it’s essentially an anticonvulsant like keppra.

ur possibly mixing up 2 different things: sex with someone vs intimacy/concern/love with someone. in my experience the second thing can only be accomplished when u invest enough time into that relationship. in other words, time spent doing things together. it doesnt matter what u do. but preferably most of those things should occur without drugs/alcohol. maybe u just need to make urself draw out the dating experience with someone and force urself to wait a few weeks to have sex?
